Ekadashi March 2011 Dates in Europe – Ekadasi Fasting European Time

There are two Ekadashi fasting dates in March 2011. Vaishnava Calendars in Europe have marked the two Ekadasis in the month on March 16, 2011 and March 30, 2011. The Ekadasi on March 16, 2011 is known as Amalaki Ekadasi and the Ekadasi on March 30 is known as Papamochini Ekadasi.

Tiruvilwamala Ekadasi February 2011 at Thiruvilwamala Temple

Tiruvilwamala Ekadasi is observed at the Thiruvilwamala Temple in Thrissur District in Kerala. The temple is dedicated Sri Rama, who is worshipped here as Vilwadrinatha. Tiruvilwamala Ekadashi 2011 date is February 28.
Punarjani Cave located near the temple is open to public only on the Tiruvilwamala Ekadasi day. Passing through this cave is considered highly meritorious.

There are two Ekadashi fasting dates in February 2011. The first Ekadashi is on February 14. The second one is on February 28.
The February 14 Ekadasi is also known as Bhishma Ekadasi in some regions. In eastern parts of India, the February 14 Ekadashi is known as Bhoumi Ekadasi.
